Structural Design
Providing Structural Design is vital to maintaining safety in most projects we undertake at Villarreal Design Group. We are experienced in using the latest tools to design in timber, steel, concrete or masonry. We are licensed for Windstorm Engineering in the State of Texas. The designs are produced electronically and structural analysis is completed with Bentley RAM systems based on finite element analysis and other recognized calculation methods.
Inspection Services
Villarreal Design Group provides clients with an expert engineering team equipped to provide inspections and reports for concrete pre-placement, framing and evaluation of existing conditions. Inspections include foundation evaluations for soundness and levelness.

Jose I. Villarreal, PE, MSCE
Jose I. Villarreal, PE received a BS in Architectural Engineering, Structures from the University of Texas at Austin in 1981, served 6 years active duty in the U.S. Navy, 35 years of Construction Project Management to include all aspects of design, scheduling, management and construction. Jose earned a MS in Civil Engineering, Structures from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2013, as part of his commitment to constant professional development and public safety.
